Green Smoothie

Ingredients 
1/2 cup coconut water, filtered water, or crushed ice. 
1 cup baby spinach or kale 
1/2 cup peeled cucumber 
1/4 cup peeled and chopped kiwi 
1/2 pitted and peeled cucumber 
maple syrup or agave syrup to taste (optional)

Method 

1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth. Serve immediately.
